BlinkCare does not store your card or bank details. Online payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay.

We may collect the following details from service professionals:

• Name and phone number
• Profile photo
• Identification documents
• Work-related photos
• Vehicle details (for driver services)
• Live location during service
• Basic background and skill-related information

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use personal data strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:

5. Location and Live Tracking

Live location access is used only:

• During an active booking

Location tracking automatically stops after the service is completed. BlinkCare does not track users outside active service sessions.

All personal data is stored securely on servers located in India.
We retain user data for up to one (1) year, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Users have the right to:
